Return and refund conditions

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal which he may exercise within a maximum period of fourteen (14) clear days from the day of receipt of the Product(s) concerned or from the receipt of the last Product referred to in your Order if it has been delivered in several installments, without having to justify the reason. When the period of fourteen (14) days expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to the following address: contact@lmatcha.com .

Customer service will then contact the Customer using the contact details provided to arrange the return of the Products. Return costs are fully covered by LMATCHA , and a prepaid return label will be provided to the Customer.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after receipt of the returned Product(s) and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of their receipt. It will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

However, a refund will only be issued if the Product is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In addition, Products that are unsealed and/or inseparably mixed with other Products will not be refunded.

The Customer will be the only one who can exercise this right of withdrawal. In the event of delivery to a person other than the Customer, this right cannot be exercised by the recipient of the Order.
